Pega CDH Architect

As a Pega CDH Architect, you will be responsible for owning the design, development, delivery, and support of Case Management and NBX applications. Your role will involve planning, designing, implementing, and continuously improving Pega decisioning projects to meet evolving client business needs and industry standards. Your contributions will drive bookings growth and customer success through technical leadership within business teams, providing thought leadership to team members, and building business processes based on identified requirements and use cases. Key Responsibilities: - Drive best practices among development teams and promote collaboration and knowledge sharing - Lead the implementation of decisioning enhancement roadmap using industry standards - Utilize your mastery of Pega Customer Decision Hub to contribute to the advancement of organizational goals and best practices - Hands-on experience in architecture, design, performance, and scalability for Pega platform applications - Create models and strategies for offerings within Pega - Work with Next Best Action Designer, Decision Data Store, Adaptive Model, Predictive Model, Text Analytics, and other Pega CDH components - Experience in Campaigns, Segment, Decision Strategy, Offer Flows, and Event based Marketing among others - Provide thought leadership to customers in addressing complex business requirements Qualifications Required: - Certified as PEGA CSSA, CDH, LSA (Part 1 and Part 2) - 10 to 15 years of overall experience with a minimum of 7 years in PEGA Decisioning implementations - At least 2 years of experience as a PEGA architect - Proficient in PEGA PRPC version 8+ platform - Knowledge in Business Operations, Decision Management, and Customer Engagement related roles - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills - Understanding of integration and database concepts - Experience in working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment This role requires a strong background in Pega decisioning projects, technical leadership, and hands-on experience with Pega CDH components to drive continuous improvement and support client business needs effectively.,
