The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting land surveys, taking precise measurements, establishing property boundaries, and providing data relevant to the shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation, or dimension of land or land features. Duties also include preparing survey reports, maps, and detailed drawings for construction projects. Qualifications Proficiency in conducting land surveys and taking accurate measurements Experience in establishing property boundaries and providing dimensional data of land features Ability to prepare detailed drawings, maps, and survey reports Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using surveying tools and software Excellent communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of construction processes and regulations Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
