Humein ek multi-skilled Pedicurist & Grooming Expert ki zarurat hai jo sirf foot care hi nahi, balki head massage, body massage, hair spa aur basic male/female grooming services bhi confidently handle kar sake. Agar aap men’s waxing bhi karna jaante hain, toh wo ek bonus hoga. Hum aise candidate ki talaash mein hain jo professional ho, client ko relax feel karaye aur consistently repeat clients banaye. Key Responsibilities: Spa-style pedicure aur foot massage services dena (classic, de-tan, callus removal, etc.) Head massage, oil massage, hair spa aur basic blow dry/hairstyles perform karna. Relaxing body massage (male to male only, as per salon policy) dena. Client consultation ke through unki needs samajhna aur suitable treatment recommend karna. Proper hygiene maintain karna – tools, towels, room sanitization ka dhyan rakhna. Cross-selling karna – like add-on masks, foot creams, scalp treatments. Friendly aur professional behavior maintain karke repeat clientele build karna. Men’s waxing services (if trained) perform karna as per hygiene protocols. Team ke sath coordinate karna aur daily appointments timely handle karna. Key Result Areas (KRAs): Client satisfaction consistently 90%+ maintain karna. Monthly service and retail target achieve karna (pedicure, massage, spa, retail products). Hygiene & grooming standards follow karna with zero complaints. 30-40% repeat clients within 30 days ke andar develop karna. Add-on services and upgrades (foot mask, spa, etc.) suggest karna to increase bill value. Attendance, punctuality aur team cooperation consistently maintain karna. Must-Have Skills: Strong massage technique (head & body), foot relaxation ka solid experience. Hair spa aur basic female/male hairstyles ka practical knowledge. Neat appearance, calm and friendly communication style. Multi-tasking ability in wellness + grooming services. Knowing men’s waxing is an added advantage.
