PEB Construction Site Manager

• Oversee erection, sheeting, and project handover in alignment with quality and safety standards.
• Guide and coordinate with Erection In-charge, Erection Team, and Team Leaders for smooth execution.
• Ensure technical and logical soundness in all industrial projects.
• Hands-on experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) erection.
• Responsible for the work process, planning, and execution of site activities.
• Develop method statements to carry out work efficiently.
• Prepare and implement checklists for different work stages.
• Obtain and analyze daily progress reports to ensure project targets are met.
• Monitor the entire site, ensuring all work aligns with project schedules and plans.
• Execute all work activities with high-quality standards.
• Ensure team members follow safe work practices and adhere to safety protocols.
• Verify and inspect received materials at the site for quality and quantity.
• Manage labor workforce, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
• Effectively communicating with stakeholders holders and providing updates To the clients
• Coordinate and communicate with supervisors and site labor regarding project progress and site issues,
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site activities, resolving any conflicts or challenges.
• Provide weekly & monthly project status reports and Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to update management.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of received materials to prevent damage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
