Duties and Responsibilities: → Have to take ownership and take responsibility on your job. → Have to maintain punctuality → Customer Handling. → Billing, Tagging, Inspection of the cloths while billing. → Get the clothes complete in time as per the customer requirement. → Have to maintain the store setup. → Taking care of Washing, Steam Iron and Packing in time. → Segregation of the clothes, handover to Cleaning station & Pressing Station → Have to check chemicals and Packing material before its complete. → Have to know Machinery Operations and Chemicals usage. → Opening the store in time and closing on time. → Have to stretch in case of load is heavy. → You are the responsible for cash and cash collection from customers, if not received on time, will deduct from salary accordingly. → Sending Pending Orders, Daily Orders and Deliveries report to the Manager. → Recording the every financial transactions in register and update the Cash and Online transactions to the MD on daily basis. → If any customers clothes damaged or missed customers clothes staff must bare 50% amount and Company 50% amount accordingly. → Any Assets Damages/Losses in Company (Store) staff has to bare accordingly. → Have to plan daily work and get the work complete in time with staff. → Maintain the store petty expenses with proper support document. → Have to maintain deliveries with in the TAT. → Taking care of the Pickups and Deliveries on time. → Maintaining the store neat and clean. → Attending the customer calls & messages on store phone and other different communications. → Have to check the water in overhead tank daily basis. → Last month pending deliveries and outstanding payments has to be cleared by 5th of every month → Have to maintain the company dress code in working hours → Have to do Store inventory reconciliation on 1st of every month.
