Job Description: Job Title: Planner Telecom OSP Engineering Location: Gurgaon / Mohali Experience: 1–6 Years Education: B.Tech/BE in relevant fields Job Summary: We are seeking a Copper and Roadmove Planner with 1–6 years of experience in Telecom OSP (Outside Plant) Planning. The ideal candidate will have exposure to copper network and roadmove projects, including experience or familiarity with telecom planning tools such as PTGUI, LEIS, QMS, ArcGIS, and related AT&T systems. As a Planner, you will be responsible for reviewing input data, preparing accurate plans and routing proposals, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring all planning deliverables align with project standards and timelines. This role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Review project inputs, survey data, and field information to prepare planning layouts and route proposals. Coordinate with design engineers and field teams to ensure accurate and feasible route plans. Work on planning tools such as ARAMIS, PTGUI, LEIS, and QMS for data validation and plan updates. Maintain compliance with client and company standards throughout the planning process. Support design and implementation teams by providing timely updates on route feasibility and challenges. Ensure planning deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted within project deadlines. Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and continuous learning to improve planning accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE) or a related technical field. 1-6 years of experience in Telecom OSP Planning, preferably with exposure to Copper and Roadmove networks. Key Skills: Working knowledge of telecom planning or design tools such as ARAMIS, PTGUI, LEIS, QMS, and ArcGIS. Understanding of OSP design principles and telecom network layouts. Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Commitment to meeting project deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts when required.
