Role Overview- We are seeking a highly qualified, energetic, and professional Taekwondo Coach to lead and train our Kids Batch (ages 4–12). The ideal candidate must be passionate about working with children, demonstrate strong communication skills, and uphold the highest standards of discipline, safety, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities- Conduct age-appropriate Taekwondo classes for kids (ages 4–12) focusing on fundamentals, discipline, and enjoyment of the sport. Design and implement structured lesson plans that build physical fitness, technical skills, and confidence. Maintain a safe, positive, and motivating training environment for children of varying skill levels. Prepare students for belt tests, tournaments, and demonstrations under academy guidelines. Monitor and track the progress of each child, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents. Collaborate with Academy management to organize events, seminars, and competitions. Ensure discipline, punctuality, and respect are maintained within the class. Serve as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, ethical conduct, and the spirit of Taekwondo. Qualifications & Requirements- Minimum Black Belt (3rd Dan and above) from Kukkiwon / Recognized Federation. World Taekwondo Preferred. Prior experience in coaching children (4–12 years) is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong interpersonal skills with patience and ability to engage with young children. Must hold valid Taekwondo Instructor Certification (National / International). Knowledge of child psychology, sports pedagogy, or physical education is a plus. Basic first-aid certification preferred. Should reside in or be willing to relocate to Gurugram.
