Job Description

As a Claims Processing Executive at the company, your primary responsibility will be managing and processing Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial claims. Your proficiency in MS Excel will be crucial for ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy, especially during night shifts. Your role is essential for contributing to impactful healthcare solutions through data analysis, collaboration with team members, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and policies. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize MS Excel for analyzing and managing claim data to enhance operational efficiency - Collaborate with team members to resolve claim discrepancies and improve processing workflows - Maintain knowledge of healthcare regulations to ensure compliance - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve claim-related issues - Monitor claim processing metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Support departmental goals by contributing to process optimization initiatives - Provide detailed reports on claim status and outcomes to management for strategic decision-making - Assist in developing and implementing best practices for claims processing - Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to ensure high-quality service delivery - Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay informed about industry changes - Foster a collaborative work environment to achieve collective goals and enhance team performance Qualifications: - Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting - Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial claims processes - Strong communication skills in English for effective stakeholder interaction - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for managing claim discrepancies - Ability to work in a hybrid model with night shifts - Proactive approach to learning and implementing industry best practices Please note that in addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, holding a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent certification in healthcare claims processing is required for consideration for this role.,
