PDI Incharge/Technician

Requirement & Qualifiaction:

• ITI Diesel Mechanic or Motor Mechanic or Tractor mechanic.
• Diploma: Automobile/ Mechanical.
• Exp: Min 0-4 years of exp. ( Fresher's can apply).
• Knowledge of JCB or construction equipment or Automobile Industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of new JCB machines as per checklist and company guidelines.
• Check all mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems for proper functioning.
• Conduct visual inspection for any damage, leakage, or missing parts.
• Perform functional tests to ensure machine readiness for delivery.
• Prepare PDI reports and maintain inspection records.
• Coordinate with the service team and Logistic department to ensure timely dispatch of inspected machines.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and instruments are in good working condition.
• Report any quality or manufacturing issues to supervisors or service engineer
