Responsibilities Develop and execute a monthly content calendar across all platforms. Create, curate, and manage high-quality engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories). Coordinate with departments and students for department-specific features (e.g., #FashionFriday, #TechnoTuesday). Work closely with the Admissions and Marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns. Respond to messages, comments, and DMs professionally and in a timely manner. Monitor performance and generate monthly insights using platform analytics and tools. Stay updated with social media trends, challenges, and platform updates. Coordinate with designers, videographers, and students to create content. Run and manage paid promotions when needed. Handle reputation management and crisis communication online when required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field. 1-3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably for an educational institution or youth-focused brand. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Punjabi, Hindi & English preferred). Strong aesthetic sense and familiarity with video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.). Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Creator Tools, and YouTube Studio. Ability to shoot and edit reels in-house is a big plus. Creative, organized, and data-driven mindset.
