Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and execute test procedures for production-level products. Perform functional, performance, and reliability tests on products during and after assembly. Diagnose and troubleshoot failures using testing equipment and engineering tools. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and fixtures. Document test results, create test reports, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to resolve product issues. Implement and improve testing protocols to ensure product quality and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, IEC). Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action for non-conforming products. Support continuous improvement initiatives in the production environment. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering field. 01 years of hands-on experience in product testing, quality control, or production engineering. Proficient in using testing instruments (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, pressure gauges). Knowledge of quality systems, test plans, and defect tracking tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
