About the job: Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and confident female who can represent the Company both on camera and within the office. This is a hybrid role that blends on-camera content creation for social media with office coordination, team management, and sales support duties. You will be the face of our brand online while ensuring smooth coordination between our office team and the remote sales force. Key Responsibilities: 1. Confidently appear in front of the camera for Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and live sessions to present luxury real estate projects and investment opportunities. 2. Research, script, and deliver engaging, high-conversion video content. Clearly explain project highlights, features, USPs, investment benefits, and location insights. 3. Follow the latest content trends, transitions, and hooks to make videos stand out and go viral. 4. Maintain a polished, professional appearance that reflects the premium image of the Company. 5. Handle daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination across departments. 6. Act as the bridge between the in-house and remote sales teams, tracking performance, schedules, and client follow-ups. 7. Assist with scheduling meetings, managing internal calendars, handling office communications, and organizing documents. 8. Coordinate with field agents, client managers, and admin staff to ensure seamless execution of leads and visits. 9. Collaborate with the sales team to support lead management and provide timely updates. 10. Be present during client meetings or site visits to assist senior team members when required. 11. Provide backend support by preparing sales decks, project highlights, and investment pitch points.
