PC Configuration and Integration developer

As a GW PC Configuration & Integration developer at CGI, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Guidewire development and RESTful APIs to contribute to the end-to-end portfolio of capabilities offered by the company. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in Guidewire development, you will play a key role in coding using Guidewire tools and accelerators, Guidewire Batch, and Guidewire predefined plugins. Your proficiency in the GOSU Language will be crucial in configuration and coding tasks, enabling you to deliver high-quality solutions for clients in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. In this role, you will be expected to engage in Agile software development practices, utilizing tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence. Your ability to read code in various languages and reverse engineer products will be essential in enhancing existing systems and driving innovation within the organization. Additionally, possessing Guidewire Cloud Certification is a prerequisite for this position, ensuring that you are equipped to work with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies. To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software development. Demonstrating a solid understanding of Guidewire PC Configuration is a must, while knowledge of Guidewire BC Configuration is considered a valuable asset.
