Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Plant Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring smooth production workflows, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and leading a team of laborers with efficiency and integrity. Key Responsibilities Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets Monitor machinery and equipment performance; ensure timely maintenance Implement production schedules and adjust workflows as needed Operational Management: Ensure smooth functioning of all departments within the plant Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods Enforce compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations Labour Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate laborers to maintain productivity and morale Assign tasks and monitor performance of workers across shifts Resolve conflicts and ensure discipline among the workforce Reporting & Coordination: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production and labor metrics Liaise with senior management to communicate operational challenges and improvements Collaborate with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams Qualifications & Skills Proven experience (3+ years) in plant or production supervision Strong leadership and team management skills Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards Ability to troubleshoot operational issues quickly and effectively Excellent communication and organizational abilities Basic computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems preferred) Education Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field preferred Working Conditions Factory-based role with exposure to industrial equipment and processes May require flexible working hours, including weekends or shifts Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
