We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, presenting our products/services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads and follow up on potential customers. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research to track competitor activities and industry trends. Prepare sales reports and share actionable insights with management. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-driven.
