Basic Requirements: Technical experience on Oracle Fusion HCM Global HR, Benefits & Absence, Payroll OTBI and BIP reports and dashboard. Knowledge of debugging and creating HCM Extracts in fusion. Candidate should have experience in writing medium to complex extraction scripts (SQL) from EBS for Core HR, Absence and Payroll data load in the Fusion HDL format. Strong expertise in writing medium to complex SQLs for generating Recon reports in Absence and Payroll area in Fusion. Expertise in creating HCM Data load in fusion (HDL), HSDL and resolution of errors. Experience in at least 2 Implementation and Data migrations project involving EBS and HCM Cloud. Strong expertise in writing Fast Formulas in Payroll, Absence and OTL areas.
