Payroll Implementation Expert

You will be joining a dynamic team at Eazy ERP Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Business Analyst. Your primary responsibility will be to meet and collaborate with clients to comprehend their needs, and work closely with project managers to document these requirements for new projects. Your role will also involve maintaining and overseeing project plans, documenting crucial actions and decisions, and supporting the development and delivery of customizations. Additionally, you will be involved in assigning tasks to internal teams, serving as a key contact for project status updates, and ensuring prompt reporting to management. To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any field (preference for B.Tech + MBA combination), outstanding communication skills, and exceptional documentation abilities for BRD, FRD, Flowcharts, Project Plans, etc. Your capacity to deliver on time, manage teams effectively, and coordinate tasks will be invaluable to the success of the projects you will be involved in.
