Bad experience, i have paid 8399rupees last 12days,it was canceled by merchant,so there said i will get my money back 5-7days,but after 7days there said it will be 7-10days,and guess what till today i still not get my money, i also tried to contact support,just a no-reply email been sent to me,no other procedures,terrible service.

Their support team is pretty active and efficient. I love the way they handle customer queries. Few months back, I had faced an issue with my transaction, and so I contacted Razorpay customer service. They cooperated well and assisted me with a solution in no time. Thanks a lot.
