Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Microsoft BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL Server, Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS , with a strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and report/dashboard development. Key Responsibilities: SSIS: ETL Development: Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using SSIS to extract data from multiple sources, transform it, and load it into target systems. SQL Server: Database Design & Development: Design and maintain SQL Server databases, including tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Microsoft BI technologies (Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS). Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design . Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and OLAP concepts . Hands-on experience in developing Power BI reports and dashboards . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DAX and MDX for data modeling in Power BI and SSAS. Familiarity with Cloud-based BI solutions (Data Factory, etc.) . Certification in Microsoft Power BI or SQL Server.
