We have been using Razorpay from last 3 to 4 years - Off late - too many discrepancies - with respect to settlement, cash advance etc.. Customer support does not revert back immediately also.. Our cash gets stuck - and is credited randomly - !! Will change from Razorpay to a better solution!!!
