We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to maintain the smooth daily operations of our HSR Layout office. 📍 Location-HSR Layout, Bangalore 💰 Salary-₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience) Requirements- Should know local language and two wheeler Key Responsibilities The Office Administrator will be the backbone of the office, managing daily tasks and ensuring a productive environment. 1. Office Operations & Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a professional appearance. Procurement: Manage and track office supplies, pantry inventory, stationery, and other necessary items. Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., cleaning services, maintenance, couriers) for timely services. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services. 2. Administrative & Support: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and callers, directing inquiries appropriately. Assist in scheduling and coordinating internal meetings, reserving conference rooms, and setting up necessary equipment. * Assist team members with basic documentation, printing, and scanning tasks. Manage and maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems. 3. HR & Finance Support: Assist the HR team with basic onboarding logistics for new hires (e.g., desk setup, ID card coordination). * Process and track small office-related invoices and petty cash transactions. * Maintain simple records of office expenses and submit reports to the accounts team. Qualifications and Skills * Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in an administrative, front desk, or support role. Freshers with exceptional organizational skills are encouraged to apply. * Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification. * Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace is mandatory. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is a plus). * Personal Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, a strong sense of responsibility, and a professional demeanor. * Soft Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced startup environment. Handle accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and petty cash management. Prepare and maintain financial statements, GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Coordinate with vendors, banks, and auditors for documentation and financial transactions. Assist in payroll processing, expense tracking, and monthly financial reporting. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all financial records. Visit vendors, clients, or banks when required (bike mandatory for local travel). Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Proficiency in Tally / Excel / MS Office. Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles. Good communication and organisational skills. Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
