About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Business Execution Consultant to join our Payments Command Center team. This is a critical role ensuring round-the-clock monitoring, smooth operation, and rapid incident resolution across various global payment systems such as Wires, SWIFT, ACH, Instant Payments, and ISO MX messages. Key Responsibilities: Monitor application queues, links, and lines to ensure payment systems run optimally Handle incident managementact as the first point of contact for payment-related issues Collaborate across teams for root cause analysis and resolution Ensure 24/7 operational coverage, including on-call duties Implement automation/process improvements for better system reliability Work with ISO MX messages, staying compliant with payment industry protocols Generate and analyze reports on performance and incidents Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience in Payments Operations/Monitoring Hands-on with Wires (USD Domestic/International), SWIFT (MT & MX), ACH, Instant Payments Strong incident management and system monitoring experience Familiarity with ISO 20022 standards and payment protocols Ability to work in high-pressure environments with 24x7 shift flexibility
