Role Description: We're looking for a highly skilled and proactive Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to create and drive our testing and quality processes, build a culture of quality, and lead our QA team to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of our software products. Key Responsibilities: Create frameworks from the stretch. Develop and implement QA plans, testing scripts, and testing methodologies to ensure adherence to quality standards. Collaborate closely with software developers to identify, reproduce, and document bugs and defects. Define and track quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test status. Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement continuous improvement processes. Manage all aspects of QA including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally. Qualifications: Minimum 4+ years of experience in a quality assurance role, including manual and automation Proven experience in QA methodology and tools, with a track record in implementing QA standards, tools, metrics, and practices. Excellent understanding of development and project methodologies, particularly Agile and DevOps. Solid knowledge of Java, selenium, SQL, and scripting. Role Description: The Lead Engineer will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions(full stack) using Java Spring for the backend and Angular for the front end. This role requires a deep-dive approach, a passion for coding, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable software architectures using Java, Spring Boot, Angular 4.x, and AWS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. Understanding AI technologies is a plus Qualifications: 1.
