You will play a crucial role in identifying, training, and placing talented individuals within our organization's IT sector. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of human resources, training, and recruitment to ensure the successful onboarding and career growth of IT professionals. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs. - Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical assessments. - Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates. Training and Development: - Design and implement training programs for IT professionals to enhance technical skills and knowledge. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant training materials. - Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making necessary improvements. Placement and Onboarding: - Match candidates" skills and aspirations with appropriate job opportunities. - Coordinate interview processes, feedback, and job offers. - Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition. Performance Management: - Assist in creating performance metrics and evaluation criteria for IT roles. - Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend training interventions. Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with IT professionals, understanding their career goals and aspirations. - Cultivate relationships with IT training institutions and professional networks. Data and Reporting: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records. - Generate reports on recruitment, training, and placement activities for management review. Compliance: - Ensure all recruitment and training practices adhere to relevant laws and regulations. - Maintain understanding of industry trends and best practices to improve processes. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in HR/ MBA in HR. Job Type: Full Time Mode: Offline. Experience: 2+ Years. Salary: 20000-25000/Month.
