Complete and maintain service-call reports. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate documents, including purchase agreements, construction contracts, financial agreements, Joint Venture agreements, Power of Attorney, Term Sheets, lease agreements, Leave and License, Amendments, Notices, Legal replies and other legal correspondences. Liaison with external lawyers for due diligence on real estate properties, including title searches, zoning and land use regulations. Identify and assess legal risks associated with real estate transactions and develop strategies to mitigate such risks. Assist in resolving disputes related to real estate matters, including arbitration and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Plan, strategize and execute all legal activities pertaining to real estate projects and transactions. Assist in land acquisition, regulatory approvals and liaising with government departments and statutory authorities.
