Role Description This is a full-time or contractual positions on-site for Helicopter Pilots. The role involves operating PHL's fleet of helicopters( Mi 172,S76 D,Bell 407,Bell206 L4,B3,Dauphin N,Dauphin N3) in various capacities, including passenger transport, search and rescue operations, VIP transport, offshore operations, and other specialized missions. The individual will also be responsible for conducting pre-flight checks, ensuring safety procedures, and maintaining clear communication with air traffic control and ground staff to facilitate smooth operations. Adherence to operational standards and maintaining high safety practices is paramount in this role. Qualifications Proficiency and certifications in Helicopter Piloting, including thorough experience operating helicopters. Possession of a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with specialized experience in Commercial Piloting activities. Instrument Rating certification and capability to operate aircraft in various weather and visibility conditions. Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety protocols, with a focus on adhering to strict safety standards. Excellent decision-making, situational awareness, and communication skills. Minimum required flying hours as per regulatory guidelines; experience in offshore and mountainous operations is a strong advantage. Ability to function in high-pressure environments while maintaining professionalism and adherence to procedures.
