Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our matchmaking services. Understand the client's needs, preferences, and expectations regarding potential matches. Maintain accurate records of client conversations, requirements, and feedback in the CRM system. Schedule consultations for clients with senior matchmaking specialists. Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and provide updates on new matches. Assist in managing client profiles and match recommendations. Provide support to clients during their matchmaking journey, ensuring they feel valued and understood. Address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise, providing excellent customer service. Work closely with the matchmaking team to ensure that client preferences are met accurately. Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, consultations, and lead conversions. Preferred candidate profile *Hindi Fluent Mandatory * Basic English *Good Communication skills
