This is not just a sales job – it’s a blend of relationship management, follow-ups, and creative contribution. Key Responsibilities: Daily follow-up with customers and internal team on jewellery orders Collect and record after-sales customer feedback Regular follow-ups for payment receivables (debt recovery) Track and follow up on monthly incentive scheme payments After completing core responsibilities, support in counter sales ( no sales targets ) Contribute ideas for online business expansion Open to Work From Home (WFH) when required Minimum 70 hours/week work commitment ✅ Required Skills: Gender: Male (as specified by your requirement) Communication: Exceptionally soft-spoken, a patient and good listener. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).
