Ltd Job Title: Business Development Executive (Only Male Candidate can apply) Location: Baner, Pune Work Schedule: 5 days a week, in-office; Saturdays and Sundays off Shift- US Shift (6:30pm to 3:30am) Immediate Joiner Required Company Overview: Since 2004, PatSeer has been a pioneering intellectual property solutions provider whose solutions use proprietary and cutting-edge text mining and visualization capabilities to aid IP research and analysis. PatSeer intellectual property products include a patent analysis solution Patent iNSIGHT Pro and an online patent research database PatSeer. PatSeer has worked and built custom IP solutions for intellectual property teams in leading technology companies and has a track record for successful custom solution delivery and support. PatSeer has more than 150+ clients spread across Europe, US/Canada, Australia, India and South America. Duties and Responsibilities: Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies Building business relationships with current and potential clients Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database of prospective client information Making multiple outbound connections to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans Business Development Executive Requirements and Qualifications: ¢ ¢ Experience with lead generation and prospect management for Software company Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Should have experience in International Sales or ready to work for international market Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives High school degree or equivalent Four years of previous experience in an outbound Sales, inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close Excellent analytical and time-management skills ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Demonstrated and proven sales results Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team Ready to work in US shifts, US Shift (6:30 pm to 3:30am)
