Role: Senior HR Executive/HR Executive Experience: 2 to 4 Years Flexible with Location Salary : INR 4 Lakhs to INR 5.5 Lakhs Key Responsibilities: Recruitment, including hiring from premium institutions like IITs and NITs . Supporting office administration and day-to-day HR operations. IT recruitment and talent acquisition for technical roles. Handling startup environments with agility and adaptability. Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Designing videos for marketing and promotion on Linkedin is a preferred skill Employee Engagement Eligibility: MBA or B.Tech graduates. Exposure to startup cultures and environments is a plus.
