Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Patient Safety Officer. The Patient Safety Officer will oversee and enhance safety practices within the hospital. Responsibilities include monitoring safety related issues,incidents across the hospital including clinical and non clinical areas, participating in proactive risk identification and assessment, conducting safety rounds,implementing safety protocols, and delivering safety training. The role involves collaboration with staffs to foster a culture of safety and compliance with industry /Accreditation (NABH/AACI) standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate with MHA degree
• Candidates from Nursing/Clinical backgrounds preferred
• Experience of working in NABH accredited hospitals for minimum of 4 years
• Experience in Incidents Investigation, Analysis and implementing preventive measures
• Strong knowledge in Safety protocol development
• Capability to design and deliver comprehensive Safety Training programs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to assess risks effectively
• Relevant certifications are advantageous
