Patient Counselor

With a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting, preferably in the dermatology or dental field, you will utilize your strong communication and counseling skills to effectively engage with patients. Your ability to confidently explain treatments, establish trust, and provide clear guidance will be key to your success in this role. Proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage. As a Patient Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include counseling both walk-in and referred patients, detailing procedures, benefits, and costs, as well as supporting patient conversion and follow-up processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing assistance to the front office staff.
