Patient Counselor

As a Patient Counselor at Eye Mantra Hospital, your role involves interacting with patients, providing counseling services, managing appointments, conducting follow-ups, handling documentation, coordinating with doctors, and promoting eye care services. Your key responsibilities include: - Being the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their inquiries, and providing information about various eye care services and treatments. - Guiding patients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care, explaining surgery options, treatment plans, procedures, and benefits. - Scheduling appointments for consultations, follow-ups, and surgeries, ensuring timely coordination between patients and doctors. - Conducting follow-up calls to monitor patients" recovery progress, addressing concerns or queries post-treatment. - Ensuring proper filing and confidentiality of all documents related to patient care. - Acting as a liaison between patients and the medical team, assisting doctors during patient consultations if required. - Providing patients with information on ongoing offers, health packages, and wellness programs, and encouraging them to adopt preventive measures for eye health.
