As a medical assistant at our facility, you will play a crucial role in assisting with administrative duties. Your responsibilities will include obtaining patient records and test results, coordinating daily administrative tasks, preparing treatment rooms, and supporting practitioners during medical procedures. To excel in this position, you must be certified from a medical assistant program and possess at least one to two years of prior experience in a medical setting. A solid grasp of patient care and medical terminology will be advantageous. Your primary duties will involve obtaining and recording patient medical histories, vitals, and test results while ensuring the confidentiality of medical records. You will also be responsible for managing daily administrative activities such as scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, and maintaining patient medical records. Additionally, you will prepare treatment rooms for clinical examinations, assist practitioners during medical procedures, and provide compassionate support to patients and their families. Compliance with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA, is essential in this role. You will be required to prepare and administer medications to patients as directed by physicians. The ideal candidate should be between 18 to 30 years of age and fluent in Tamil. We welcome freshers and college students for this position.
