JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
Department : Patient Care Services
Position : Senior Executive
Reporting to : Manager - PCS
Uniform : Uniform / Formals with ID Card
Duty Hours : As per schedule intimated from time to time
The Responsibilities of the Data Entry Operator – Patient Services include the following:
· Responsible for typing all the discharge summaries with accuracy and minimal response time.
· Coordinate with doctors, coordinators and Nursing team for preparing the discharge summaries.
· Collect and maintain data (daily register, discharge time, planned discharges, patient history, diagnosis details etc)
· Prepare the discharge summary of provisional discharges/ ICU shifting.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
