Patient Care Coordinator - International Marketing

Candidates with strong communication skills and good knowledge of Bengali preferred for our International Marketing team

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for Bengali-speaking international patients and their families.
• Communicate fluently in Bengali and English, offering guidance and translation when needed.
• Coordinate medical appointments, hospital admissions, billing, and discharge processes.
• Assist with travel arrangements, medical visas, and accommodations.
• Ensure a smooth and culturally respectful patient experience from end to end.
• Maintain regular follow-up with patients post-treatment and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate digital campaigns in Bengali (social media, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Help manage and localize website content, brochures, and patient guides in Bengali.
• Support marketing efforts targeting Bangladesh and other Bengali-speaking regions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
