Patient Care Assistant / OPD Assistant

**Job Description:** As a member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include: - Arranging necessary instruments for the Outpatient Department (OPD). - Directing patients within the hospital premises as needed. - Providing translation services when required. - Assisting in Dilatation procedures. - Coordinating the transfer of Case Sheets to other departments. - Educating patients on basic details such as medications, treatments, and reasons for waiting. - Ensuring a smooth and timely flow of patients to their respective doctors. **Qualifications Required:** - Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. - Proficiency in multiple languages for effective communication. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
