Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in South Delhi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their needs, providing product information, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes maintaining inventory, processing transactions, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, responsibilities include keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to provide insights and recommendations to customers. Qualifications Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Sales experience and the ability to meet sales targets Knowledge of motorcycle accessories and riding gear Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills for handling transactions and inventory management High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus Previous experience in retail or with motorcycle products is preferred
