Job Title: Pathology Lab Technician
Location: Raigad Hospital and Research Centre, Diksal, Near Bhivpuri Road Railway, Taluka Karjat, Dist. Raigad
Department: Pathology Laboratory
Reports To: Head of Pathology / Laboratory In-Charge

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a pathology laboratory is preferable.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety, equipment operation, and diagnostic procedures.

Skills & Competencies:

• Accuracy and attention to detail in performing tests.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Laboratory environment with exposure to biological specimens.
• Adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines is mandatory.
• Shift may include mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on hospital requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
