We are looking for Patent Search Principal Lead to join our Team in Noida. This is a great opportunity to work with Fortune 100 clients to support them on various phases in IP Life cycle management. Responsible for providing patent search and analytics services to our clients to assist them in answering both legal and business-related questions related to Intellectual Property (IP) and reduce the cost of their own operations through strong and scalable operational delivery and a commitment to continuous improvement. .
About You
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in scientific, technical or related field
- 10 Years of IP service experience & advanced knowledge of US, European, and/or other jurisdiction patent law
- Experience in client facing interactions
It would be great if you also had
- Any relevant certification on Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, AI and/or other Computer Science topics.
- Knowledge on US/EP Patent Laws
What will you be doing in this role
- Liaise with clients to understand client objectives, designing solutions and preparing proposals.
- Own effective project planning, execution, and delivery for projects you are managing.
- Assist management with tracking and managing operational/performance metrics such as quality, efficiency, and utilization, developing preventive and corrective action plans, complying to internal standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction through applying appropriate quality check (QC) measures to each project before report delivery to client and provide timely constructive feedback to analysts to ensure first time right.
- Ensure all Project Insight project-related tasks (assignments, etc.) are completed in an accurate and timely manner for projects you are managing.
- Communicate effectively with customers in determining the scope of searches.
- Work effectively with colleagues and managers to ensure that skills are up-to-date and regularly improving.
- Manage one or more Tier 2 client engagements in collaboration with the PISA Commercial and Sales team.
- Participate in training and development of team to ensure up-to-date skills and to create back-up and succession plans.
- Contribute ideas for and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive measured improvements in processes and deliverables through the CI framework.
- Monitor project data to support achievement of key performance Indicators (KPIs).?
- Participate in selection of candidates for open positions.
- Ensure all own Project Insight tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
Hours of Work
- This is a full-time role requiring 40 working hours per week based out of Noida, India (IST).
