Job Description

We are looking for a Pastry Chef Trainer who can learn our final recipes, understand them well, and help train staff at all our outlets. The person should have at least 3 years of experience in baking and making desserts. The job includes showing team members how to make the recipes correctly, keeping the same taste and look everywhere, and helping improve recipes if needed. The trainer should be ready to travel to different outlets, explain things clearly, and make sure the team follows all steps properly. Good communication, basic discipline, and attention to detail are very important for this role.
