As a maintenance planner in our organization, you will be responsible for daily maintenance planning, preventive maintenance scheduling, and conducting quote analysis. Your tasks will include overseeing facility maintenance, renewing and applying for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and managing various works based on requirements. You will be in charge of daily work submission, specifically dealing with AMCs for generators, VRF ACs, air compressors, passenger lifts, fire alarm systems, fire hydrants, solar panels, ambient lights, power supply units, STPs, bio gas systems, forklifts, factory infrastructure management, troubleshooting machines, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), electrical and LT wiring troubleshooting, and adhering to operating procedures. Moreover, you will maintain maintenance records in accordance with ISO standards, renew licenses for necessary equipment periodically, verify documents, and plan for shutdown maintenance and breakdown maintenance. Project planning and execution will also fall under your area of responsibility. You will liaise with Mr. Dinesh at 9382609913 for maintenance-related matters. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, and Provident Fund. You will work during morning shifts on weekends only, and there is a performance bonus scheme in place. The work location is in person, and the expected start date for this role is 11/03/2025.,
