We are looking for a dynamic and customer-friendly Sales Executive to join our retail store team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with purchases, maintaining the store environment, handling goods, and supporting day-to-day store operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in the store with product selection and sales. Provide detailed product knowledge and ensure excellent customer service. Maintain store cleanliness, display, and stock arrangement. Open, check, and arrange goods received in the store. Handle billing, packaging, and after-sales service support. Offer tea, coffee, or refreshments to customers and guests when required. Support day-to-day operations and tasks assigned by the store manager. Assist in maintaining proper records of stock, sales, and inventory. Ensure security and care of products displayed in the store. Contribute to achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred). Prior experience in sales/retail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Polite, presentable, and customer-oriented. Ability to multitask and handle general store responsibilities. Basic knowledge of billing/point-of-sale systems preferred. What We Offer: Competitive salary.
