No parking facility available. Plus, there is no waiting room/area; if you reach well befor time you have to stand outside the main gate.
There is neither an instruction board nor a help desk; you have to ask other attendees about the process once you reach there. The attitude of the onsite staff is very casual.

The Passport Regional Office is located a short distance from the 1090 chauraha gomtinagar. The Passport Regional Office closes at 1:30 PM.You give the application by reaching here before 12:00. Otherwise you will not get entry inside.Your work will be done straight in. Please beware of brokers who stand out and disturb you.

Office members comes late.. My appointment time was 9:45 and it's more than 40 mins and still counting. Process not started.
And as much I know it opens at 9:00 o'clock. Still office members are late..

worst service ever, my police verification and everything was clear already three months ago. I have phoned rpo lucknow many times; it is always busy, I have emailed rpo lucknow; I have got no reply yet. It seems they don't care about passport applicants, common citizens of our country; zero star
