Extremely poor administration: they ask us to fill a form before entering and we are supposed to wait outside the building until our form returns which takes HOURS. Also there are people lurking outside the building who illegally ask for huge amounts of money to get the work done quickly.

Very bad Service, they are not dispatched my passport due to NIOS certificate of Kerala and asking for money or letter of school from where I completed my tenth.

Staff is of TCS so that's why they are efficient and does work really fast approx. it takes 1 hour for me to complete the process.When Police enquiry came they demanded directly 1000 rupees for Verification.

I m not sure about so many negative reviews. For me it was a great experience, I applied for my wife passport and everything went so smooth and we got the passport delivered in around 28 days. Commendable job by PSK and TCS team.

If i can give them zero star i would like to give them.Very disappointed by their service.I got an chance to present my paper work to an international conference for which i have applied for passport .but just because of their carelessness …

I went there 29 Jan 2023 to change police station in my passport application. They told me that it will be done in next 2 days. It has been 7 days and status is showing under review in RPO. Worst service. Also they work only 10 am to 1 pm.

Parking & waiting at gate is a issue. Rest visit to office was a good experience and the best part they listen to you clearly and communicate solution in simple word. Experts & Experience with knowledge. Time saving experience for me
