Please bring a pen with you and come on time for your issue. Upon arrival you have to fill an enquiry form for your issue. Come along with required documents if it's related to the issue and can help in it.

Worst Service I have ever seen. I missed my flight because of them.They don't answer over phone or email. It has been 3 weeks over but I haven't received my passport yet.

Very bad conduct, kept me in que for an hour just to say your work can't be done here go to delhi. Well, not a new thing in India though. Its the same throughout India. Corrupt money suckers everywhere.
