Very bad experience. I went to renew my passport and one lady manager who sits in C2 says something else about the documents and another says different, simply they can not decide the decisions by themselves. In there mess up the customer is in hassle.

Very non- cooperative and rude staff. They just want to keep on holding the passport instead of doing the work. Please go to some other PSK if you want to get the work done or you can just stay here in queues and experience the rude behaviour of the staff.

Good staff but there should be one person who should know about all the eligibility properly before going to the line in order to reduce number of iterations for a person. The manager of tatkaal appointment is really a very nice person. They listened in a calm way and gave better options to fix mistakes in proofs
