Worst service. I choosed tatkal service and still i have been waiting for two weeks to get passport. Stealing public’s money using tatkal word.

The service is smooth and staff is soft-spoken. Inside the office, sufficient place to sit. But...Just remember, waiting outside of the Kendra is a pain as no setting arrangements. Always come with water bottle, sunglass, an umbrella and something to eat if you tend to wait outside.

Token counter staff is not well trained in guiding public about documents requirement this creates problems for public who ends up wasting time and multiple appointments just for documents which can be done in one go if provided by proper information.

I book appointment for tatkal, during appointment they said we can process this appointment as tatkal bcoz of birthplace name change. But they charge 2000 rs for tatkal, what wrost service. 😷 …

Worst Passport Office In India. If you have a normal passport token than you have to wait almost 7-8 hours. Staff is not supportive, ac is not working properly, not proper seats for seating, no supportive staff.

Must Carry e verified aadhar ( ✓ tick wala).....this centre asking u ..either out side Xerox machine shopkeeper will looted u. he demanded 150 rupees in lieu of below 10 rupees..
