These guys have to work on their staff, they don’t understand language and just operate as per their own understanding. Government issued documents does not mean anything to them. Don’t even deserve 1 star. No one answer calls and no one replies to emails. I suggest shut down and go home. This type of work needs professionals.

Their staff member at Tatkal counter is not punctual of time, she was not in cabin for 30 minutes, then she came for 15 minutes and gone again. Bad experience! ; however, pretty impressed by huge parking area

I had an extremely bad experience there. I had to wait for 3–4 hours just to get a token, and the behavior of the staff was ridiculous. Higher authorities really need to look into this.

Visit this location to see how a normal Sarkari office operates. You will suffer more agony than ever before, I promise. It's amazing how easily Rohingyas obtain passports whereas Indians must go from one place to another to obtain documents.
