Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Maintaining optimal stock levels of spare parts to meet operational needs.
• Tracking and monitoring inventory levels using computerized systems.
• Conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Managing the storage and organization of parts for easy access and retrieval.
• Procurement:
• Processing orders for new parts based on inventory levels and需求.
• Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for the best prices and delivery times.
• Ensuring parts meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Managing purchasing and contract procedures for parts.
• Distribution:
• Overseeing the timely delivery of parts to the maintenance and service teams.
• Managing the return of defective or unused parts.
• Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping for all parts transactions.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Liaising with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Working closely with maintenance and service teams to understand their needs and provide support.
• Communicating with other departments as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
